AERIAL BALLET

Aerial Ballet transforms the human body in flight into a choreography of weightlessness, risk, and freedom. Suspended against a luminous field of ochre, gold, and earthy tones, the figures fall, twist, dive, and rotate through space as if gravity has momentarily released its hold.

Rather than depicting a single sporting event, the composition brings together successive gestures into an imagined ballet in the air. The scattered bodies create their own visual rhythm, moving between control and surrender, balance and instability. The result captures that fleeting moment when athletic movement becomes dance, and the human body itself becomes a drawing in space.
