Worldwide Shipping

ArtsBouquet collaborates with artists and galleries worldwide. Depending on the artwork, your order may be shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location or directly from the artist's studio, representing gallery, or professional art storage facility.

Each shipment is carefully coordinated to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

As many artworks are unique or produced in limited editions, shipping origin may vary depending on the artist's location, the artwork's storage facility, or the exhibiting gallery. This allows us to reduce transit times, minimize handling, and ensure the safest delivery for each piece.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Certain artworks, limited editions, or custom-framed pieces may require additional preparation time. If this applies, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers including:

  • DHL Express
  • DHL eCommerce
  • FedEx (when applicable)
  • UPS (when applicable)

The carrier is selected according to the destination, artwork dimensions, and required service level.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

Typical transit times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–15 business days

These estimates do not include customs clearance, which may vary by country.

Shipping Costs

Worldwide shipping is included for most artworks unless otherwise indicated in the artwork description. Should a destination require exceptional logistics, specialized art handling, or additional transportation services, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options.

For oversized artworks or sculptures, we may contact you to arrange the most appropriate shipping solution.

Every artwork is professionally packaged to museum-quality standards and fully insured during transit whenever available through the selected carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated during checkout.

ArtsBouquet cannot predict or control these charges, as they vary by country.

Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packaged using materials appropriate for fine art transportation.

Depending on the artwork, packaging may include:

  • archival protective materials
  • reinforced cardboard packaging
  • rigid shipping tubes (for selected prints)
  • custom-built wooden crates (for large or fragile works)

Insurance

Whenever available, shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the package before opening.
  2. Photograph any damage to the artwork.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. A recommended phone number in the delivery address is recommended for any last-mile logistics issue.

ArtsBouquet cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned because:

  • customs charges were refused,
  • delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
  • or an incorrect address was provided,

the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, and the cost of reshipping the artwork.
